Questions about pricing

How does the 1-month free trial work?
Create your account at /register — no credit card required. You get full access to every feature for a full month. Import customers, log activities, run payroll, whatever you need. At the end of the trial you pick a plan; if you don't, your account simply stops billing — nothing charged.
What does "up to 200/400 new customers per month" actually mean?
Each time a new customer record is created in your ScubaCloud account during the calendar month, it counts toward your tier's cap. Existing customer records don't count. The counter resets on the 1st of each month. You only need to size your plan against your busiest months.
What happens if I exceed my tier's monthly cap?
Nothing breaks. You're never cut off mid-season. We'll reach out to review your usage and move you to the next tier if it's a consistent pattern, or keep you where you are if it was a one-off month. No surprise charges.
Is the yearly 10% discount billed upfront?
Yes — annual billing is paid upfront and gives you 10% off the equivalent monthly price. If your operation is seasonal and you prefer month-to-month flexibility, monthly billing is perfectly fine.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept international wire transfers and card payments. Invoices are issued in USD.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period. Annual plans can be canceled too — we'll pro-rate and refund any unused full months on request.
What about all the data we already have?
Yes — we help with data migration. Send us what you have during your setup call and we'll tell you what we can import.
What counts as "Custom" — when should I talk to sales?
If you're signing more than 400 new customers per month, operating multiple dive centers under one brand, or need custom integrations, SSO, data residency, or a formal SLA, the Custom tier is for you. Book a call and we'll scope a plan that fits.
